Nous allons voir la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une classification de s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9 de ticket dans Openflex, une fonctionnalit\u00e9 incluse dans le module <a href=\"https:\/\/openflex.cloud\/fr\/produit\/support-client\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/openflex.cloud\/fr\/produit\/support-client\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Support Client<\/a> du logiciel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les \u00e9tapes pour la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une classification de s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9 de ticket dans Openflex<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour commencer, allez dans \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>accueil<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb (que vous trouverez tout en haut, \u00e0 gauche de l\u2019\u00e9cran), puis dans le menu \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>configuration<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb. Sur \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>pos<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb, renseignez le positionnement de la nouvelle classification dans la liste d\u00e9roulante lors de la s\u00e9lection. Une fois cela fait, donnez un code pour ce type, un code qui sera diff\u00e9rent de ceux qui existent d\u00e9j\u00e0. Concr\u00e8tement, il permet de suivre les e-mails et les demandes des clients dans un helpdesk avec, notamment, l\u2019ouverture de tickets.
